1 C buttermilk
1 Tbs hot sauce
1 C flour
1 C yellow corn meal
1 Tbs cayenne
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Drain dill pickles, and dry with paper towel.
Combine, buttermilk and hot sauce.
Combine, flour, cornmeal and cayenne.

Heat oil to 360 F . dip pickles in buttermilk, then dip into the flour mixture, tossing evenly to coat pickle. Shake off excess flour. Gently add to oil in small batches, turning, until golden brown and crisp, about 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels, salt while still hot.
