1 egg white
2 C pecans
¼ sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Beat eggs white till foamy. Add pecans toss to coat combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over pecans toss to coat. Spread in a single layer on a ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 300* for 30 minutes.
