Raspberry Delight Recipe

2 1/4c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. softened butter

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. whipped topping

1 (6oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
2 (10oz.) pkgs. sweetened frozen raspberries
2 c. boiling water

Combine crust ingredients and press into un-greased 13x9x2 pan. Bake at 300 for 20-25 minutes or until set (crust will not brown).

Cool. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over crust.

For topping, dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and stir in raspberries. Chill for 20 minutes or until mixture begins to thicken. Spoon over filling. Refrigerate until set. Garnish with whipped topping.
