2 c. flour
tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 2/3 c. sugar
c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini squash

3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar

Sift together flour, salt, soda, powder and cinnamon. In a large bowl, beat sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Slowly add in sifted mixture. Add grated zucchini and mix.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes on a greased and floured jelly roll pan (12x18). Combine all frosting ingredients while bars are baking. Cool completely prior to frosting, store in refrigerator.
