1/2 Cup soft margarine
1/2 cup vegetable oil (or applesauce)
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk
1 1/2 cups flour
4 TLB cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cups finaly diced zucchini - peeled
1 1/4 chocolate chips - - save some to sprinkle over top

preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream together margarine, oil and sguar. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Combine all dry ingredients and stir into sugar mixture alternately with the milk. Add zucchini and desired amount of chocolate chips. Pour batter intl grased and floured 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips over the top if desired. Bake 40 - 45 minutes until tooth pick inserted in center comes out dry.
