1 egg
2 T. milk
4 c. corn flakes or multi-grain flakes
1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into nugget-sized pieces
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together egg and milk in small bowl. Process cornflakes in food processor until very fine and pour into shallow bowl. Add salt and pepper. Dip each piece of chicken into egg mixture and roll in cornflake crumbs to coat. Place onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
