2lbs. ground venison
1 large cottage cheese
1 lb. cheddar cheese (grated)
1 large can tomatoes
1 jar Picante sauce
1 can Durkee's onions
1 egg
1 pkg. corn tortillas
lettuce, olives for garnish.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown ground venison and 1/2 can durkee onions. Drain and set aside. Place tortillas so that 1/2 the tortilla is wrapping up the side of the 13x9 pan and the other 1/2 is on the bottom of pan. Place more tortillas to cover the bottom of pan.


2. Mix cottage cheese, egg and cheddar together. Layer ground venison, tomatoes, picante sauce and cheese mixture twice. Sprinkle cheese around outside edges of casserole and in the middle mound the other 1/2 can Durkee onions.

3. Bake until heated through, approximately 45 minutes. 400 oven. Garnish with lettuce and olives..
