1 (20 oz) pkg refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) tub cool whip, thawed
2 or 3 kiwi fruit, peeled and thinly sliced
1 or 2 firm bananas, sliced
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
1 small can sliced pineapple, drained and cut into half
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
Pinch of salt

Pat cookie dough into an ungreased 14 inch pizza pan. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes or until brown. Cool. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in cool whip. Spread over crust. Arrange the fruit on top. In a saucepan, bring sugar, orange juice, water, lemon juice, cornstarch, and salt to a boil, stirring constantly for abut 2 minutes or until thickened. Cool; brush over fruit. Chill. Store in refrigerator. Slice and serve.
