Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
1 cup instant rice (heaping)
3 or 4 bay leaves
Chicken tenders or boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
In large oven-safe baking dish stir together soup, water, rice and bay leaves. Place chicken on top of rice mixture. Bake covered at 350º for 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is done.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
follow the instructions on the rice for the number of servings (e.g. 2 servings = 1 cup (8oz) of water & 1 cup (8oz) of rice; 4 servings = 2 cups (16oz) of water & 2 cups (16oz) of rice.)

I sometimes add a couple of cups of frozen peas to the rice mixture. You could also use mixed vegetables or broccoli before adding chicken. Gives color and tastes good. A one dish meal
