5 egg whites
¼ C cocoa
1 C sugar
½ tsp cream Tartar
½ tsp vanilla
½ C flour

Directions:
Beat egg whites until foamy. Add in cocoa, sugar and cream tartar. Beat again until stiff (a spoon will stand up in mixture). Add vanilla, then fold in flour. Use as a layer or loaf. Ice—
