2 C shredded cheddar cheese
4 C chopped cooked turkey
1 ½ C chopped celery
¼ C finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbs chopped onion
1 C dairy sour cream
¼ C flour
¾ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 C corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Set aside ¼ C cheddar cheese. Combine remaining cheese, turkey, celery, green pepper, and onion. Blend together sour cream and flour; stir in slat and pepper. Toss sour cream mixture lightly with turkey mixture. Turn into shallow 2 qt casserole and garnish with reserved cheese and corn chips.
Bake at 350º, for 25-30 minutes.
