1 pkg lime gelatin
1 C boiling water
1 16 oz crushed pineapple, drained (??)
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
½ C finely sliced celery
1 Tbs chopped pimento
½ C chopped walnuts

Frosting Topping:
Blend and beat until smooth 1 3oz pkg cream cheese. Add 1 Tbs mayonnaise and 1 tsp lemon juice.
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool until syrupy. Add remaining ingredients. Turn into mold and chill.

Frost molded gelatin. Garnish with walnut halves.
