1 T Canola Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
10 oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast cut in bite-size pieces
1 1/2 T Chili Powder
1 1/2 T Cumin
29 oz can No-salt-added Diced Tomatoes
15 oz can No-salt-added Black or Red Beans
4.5 oz can Minced Green Chilies
Salt and Cayenne Pepper to taste
1 C Yellow Whole-kernel Corn, frozen or canned

In a medium saucepan, sauté chicken in oil over medium high heat for 3 minutes or until white. Stir in chili powder and cumin to coat chicken; sauté 3-4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; heat through.
