1 lb Sirloin Steak (cubed)
1 pkg Mushrooms, sliced
1 sm Onion, chopped
2 leaves Bay Leaf
1 tsp Basil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 can Tomatoes or 6 fresh Tomatoes from the garden. Take the skin off.

Directions:

Brown the steak in olive oil. Add the onions and mushrooms and saute. Add the rest of the ingredients, and cook on low for about 1/2 to 1 hour. Remove the bay leaf before serving.
