1/2 lb #20-30 shrimp (deveined)

1/2 lb Italian Hot sausage

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup unsalted butter

8 oz Angel hair pasta

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown sausage in pan with 1/4 cup of water until all water is absorbed.
2.Remove sausage and set aside.
3.Melt butter under low heat, increase heat to medium and slowly add cream while stirring. 4.Reduce heat to low and add Parmesan cheese and stir until thickened.
5.Cover Cheese sauce and set aside.
6.Add pasta to 5 cups of rapidly boiling water; cook for 3 minutes,DRAIN; reserve 1/3 cup pasta water.
7.Lower heat to medium add shrimp, continue to cook for 2 minutes.
8.Add sausage and cheese sauce, cook for 4 minutes.
9.Remove and serve in a PASTA BOWL Garnish with fresh Parsley.
