3 eggs
pinch of salt

2/3 c. sugar

1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. Karo Syrup (dark)
1 Tbsp. vanilla

1 cup pecan pieces
1 9-inch Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust

Directions:
Directions:

Beat eggs with pinch of salt. Add sugar and beat on medium speed until just mixed.

Add melted butter, Karo and vanilla. Beat until blended well.

Stir in pecans. Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake 45-60 minutes at 375º.

I like to stir an egg and brush on the pie shell edges. Then cover shell edges with aluminum foil to keep from burning.
