1 (8oz.) pkg stuffing mix
1/2 c. hot water
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. sweetened dried cranberries
3 lb. boneless turkey breast cut in half
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Coat slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon in dry stuffing mix. Add water, butter, onion, celery, and cranberries. Mix well. Sprinkly turkey breast with basil, salt and pepper and place over stuffing mixture.
Cook on high for an hour, covered. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking for 6 more hours.

Remove turkey, slice and set aside. Gently stir stuffing and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Transfer stuffing to serving dish and top with sliced turkey.
