3 tablespoons margarine melted
onion flakes
1 1/2 pounds Salmon (or Red Snapper)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
oregano and parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Pour melted margarine into glass pan. Sprinkle in onion and layer fish on top. Combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and paprika, Spread over fish. Sprinkle with parsley and oregano. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
