Orange Pecan Oven French Toast Recipe

French Toast:
2 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. grated orange zest
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 loaf French bread cut into 1 slices

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
3/4 c. chopped pecans
powdered sugar

Melt butter in 9x13 baking dish. Layer bread in pan. Combine eggs, orange juice, milk, sugar, orange zest, vanilla and nutmeg. Pour over bread.

Combine all topping ingredients except nuts. Spread this topping over bread and sprinkle with nuts. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 35045 minutes or until golden brown.
