4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 carrots, sliced
2 sticks celery, sliced
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 (8oz.) chive and onion cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
salt and pepper to taste
2 pkgs. refrigerated crescent roll triangles
shredded cheddar cheese, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken with carrots, celery and bouillon cubes until done, approximately 30-40 minutes. Use fork to shred chicken apart, not too fine.

Mix cream cheese (microwave for 15-30 seconds to soften) with shredded chicken. Pour in milk and mix. Stir in salt, pepper, and butter. Add cheddar if desired.

Form a square from 2 triangle crescent rolls. Place 2 fairly large spoonfuls of chicken mixture into center of square and fold sides over mixture to form a packet or square with mixture inside. Top with cheddar if desired. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
