6 Quarts of green tomatoes
3 Quarts of onions
Salt

3 cups vinegar
1/2 cups of pickling spice
7 cups of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the green tomatoes and onions, I put a layer of onion than a layer tomato and salt and repeat until the veggies are used up. Let lit over night, in the morning drain off the juice and add the vinegar, spice (wrapped in cheesecloth or in a infuser so the spice can be removed) and sugar. Cook until soft, remove the bag of spice and bottle it while still hot.
