1 8 oz. cream cheese- softened & add a few drops of milk
1 pkg. of taco seasoning
garlic salt or garlic powder (just a little)
chopped green pepper
chopped green onion
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomato
Shredded Co-Jack cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Spread cream cheese on serving plate (size of dinner plate or a little larger)
Sprinkle with garlic salt or garlic powder (just a little)Layer on top:

chopped green onion
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomato
Shredded Co-Jack cheese

Serve with scoops – can also serve with salsa
