1 yellow cake mix
2 cans mandarin oranges with juice
3 egg whites
Frosting:
1 small box instant white chocolate pudding
20 oz crushed pineapple
12 oz tub of Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Blend cake ingredients for 30 sec. Mix on med for 2 min. Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan. Bake according to cake directions.

Mix pineapple and pudding by hand, blending well. Fold in cool whip. Spread on cooled cake and refrigerate.
