Boneless chicken breasts, thawed
Bread crumbs
2 eggs beaten
1 small can tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Parmesan cheese
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken breasts in beaten egg. Roll in bread crumbs. Pan fry breaded breasts in olive oil and brown on both sides, about 15-20 minutes. Next, transfer browned chicken breasts into an oven safe pan. Pour tomato sauce over the top. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in preheated 350º oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
