1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce from jar or can (I use the organic & basil Prego sauce)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 lb. skinless boneless chicken breast (about 4 large or 6 small ones)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Stir 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese into pasta sauce.

Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken. Cook 10 min or until browned.

Pour sauce mixture over chicken. Cover and cook over medium heat 10 min or until chicken is done.

Top with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan cheese. Let stand 5 min. or until cheese melts.

Serve over pasta if desired.

Serves 4-6
