1 can cherry pie filling
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. tub whipped topping (such as cool whip)
1/4 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into large bowl or pan. Put more nuts on top if desired. Cover and refrigerate until served. Makes 10-12 servings.
