2 cups Luke warm water
2 pkgs dry yeast
2 eggs
3/4 cup shortening
3/4 cup sugar
4 tsps salt
2 cups milk
10 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place water and dry yeast and 1 tablespoon in large bowl. Bring milk to boil, set off stove to cool.
Add eggs, shortening, salt, sugar and lukewarm milk to yeast and water mixture.
Mix well. Gradually add flour until mixed well. Let stand 10 minutes.
Knead on floured board until dough isn't sticky. Place bowl (cover with wet dish towel) in refrigerator and let rise again.
Separate dough into bread, or rolls and place on greased cookie sheet. Let rise for about 2 hours.
Bake at 400º for 20 minutes.

For Cinnamon rolls:
Roll dough mixture until about 1/2" thick. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Place pats of butter on top of sugar mixture. Roll dough and cut into 1/2" thick pieces.
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake in 400º oven for approximately 20 min. or until golden brown.
Ice with vanilla or cream cheese frosting.
