8-10 medium potatoes
1 eight ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 eight ounce carton of sour cream, room temperature
garlic powder
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters. Cover with water and a bit of salt and pepper and boil until tender. Drain well. Add the softened ingredients to the warm potatoes and mix until smooth and creamy. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Pour into a large greased casserole* and bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until very hot.
