1-1/2 lbs. lean, hamburger meat
1/2 tsp onion salt
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 lag can whole green chilies, drained, remove seeds.
1 cup asedero cheese
1 cup jack cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup flour
dash hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger meat in skillet until ;meat loses its red color. Add onion salt, salt and pepper. When done, mash meat with potato masher.
Drain whole green Chile's on paper towel, remove seeds. Cover bottom of casserole with green Chile's.
Combine grated cheese together. Cover Chile in casserole with half of cheese, spread meat mixture over top. Add remaining cheese, cover with remaining Chile.
Beat together 4 eggs, 1-1/2 cups milk, 14 cup flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, several dashes hot pepper and dash of black pepper.
Pour over chills, Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes . Knife should come out clean when done.
Cool 5 minutes before serving
