1 T. oil
fresh garlic, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper, to taste
soy sauce, to taste
1 1/2 cups chopped carrots
1 1/2 cups chopped cabbage
1 cup chopped fresh green beans
1/2 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
25 eggroll wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil in frypan and brown garlic. Add onion and ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper. When meat has browned, add soy sauce. Saute for a few minutes more. Add vegetables. When cooked, drain off excess oil and let mixture cool.

Place 1 T. filling on each eggroll wrapper, roll together and moisten edges, pressing with a fork to seal. Fry in good grade of cooking oil in frypan or deep fat fryer until golden brown.
