1 1/4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 lb. package of bacon
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 T. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cut chicken breasts into 1" cubes. Cut each bacon slice into thirds. Wrap each chicken cube with bacon and secure with a toothpick. Stir together the brown sugar and chili powder. Dredge the wrapped chicken in the mixture. Coat a rack and broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Palce the chicken wrap on a rack in the broiler pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the bacon is crisp. (I turn once while baking and add a couple minutes to the cooking time.)
