1 loaf soft sliced white bread
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1/8 cup granulated sugar
1 egg yolk
1 t. vanilla
1/2 cup butter
1 t. cinnamon
1/4 cup powdered sugar
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:

Cut crusts off the bread and roll each piece flat with a rolling pin. Mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg and vanilla together. Spread on the bread and roll up. Cut in 1/2's or 1/3's. Melt butter and add cinnamon and sugar. Dip blintz in melted mixture. Refrigerate until cream cheese is hard again. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes and then broil slightly to brown. Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar. Serve with toothpicks and sour cream for dipping.
