Napa Salad Recipe

1 bunch scallions
1 head cabbage
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tsp. sesame seeds
2 packages chicken flavored Ramen noodles, finely broken
seasoning packets from Ramen noodles

1/8 c. dark sesame oil
3/8 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce

Finely chop scallions and slice cabbage. Set aside. Melt the butter and add almonds, sesame seeds, broken noodles and seasoning packets and saute until browned. Let mixture cool. Mix with the cabbage and toss with the dressing just before serving.
