4 center cut pork chops
1 T. vegetable oil
3 cups soft bread cubes
2 T. chopped onion
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup water
1/4 t. poultry seasoning
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops well on both sides in oil. Lightly mix together the breadcrumbs, onion, butter, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning. Place chops in a baking dish and put a mound of stuffing on each one. Blend soup and the 1/3 cup water together and pour over the chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
