1/2 c. margarine
1 c. grated sharp cheese
3 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine. Add cheeses and beat well. Stir in flour and salt and mix to smooth dough.

Put dough into cookie press and using star shape, make straws onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 12 minutes. Let cool slightly, remove carefully.
