2 ripe avacadoes (peeled and mashed)
1/2 T. lemon juice
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2-3 T. chili powder
6 ounces jalapeno bean dip
2 medium tomatoes, diced
3/4 cup scallions (sliced)
7 ounces pitted black olives, sliced
2 cups sharp cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:

Combine the first four ingredients in a small bowl.
Combine the next 3 ingredients in a second bowl.
In a glass baking dish, starting at the bottom layer: the bean dip, the avacado mixture, the sour cream mixture, the tomatoes, the scallions, the olives and finally the cheese. Chill for several hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
