4 eggs
2/3 cups water
1 cup crisco
14 1/2 ounce can pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
3 1/2 cups flour
3 cups sugar
2 t. baking soda
1 1/2 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1 cup raisins (optional)
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:

Beat together eggs, water, oil and pumpkin. Mix dry ingredients and add gradually to pumpkin mixture. Pour into greased loaf pans (2 large or 4 small loaves). Bake at 350°F for 1 hour for large loaves and about 35 minutes for small one.
