4 to 6 center cut pork chops
1 T. vegetable oil
1 medium onion, sliced into 4 to 6 slices
1 medium pepper, sliced into 4 to 6 rings
1 large tomato, sliced into 4 to 6 slices
3/4 cups raw long grain rice
1 can Campbell beef consume
1 cup of water
1/2 t. thyme
1/2 t. rosemary
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:

Brown pork chops well on both sides in 1 T. vegetable oil. Place chops on top of raw rice in a covered casserole dish. Put a slice of onion, pepper and tomato on each chop. Cover with the liquids and seasonings. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
