1 T. salt (I use half as much)
several cups flour

Directions:
Step 1: Put yeast, sugar and 1 cup of water in a container. Dissolve and put in a warm place for 5-10 minutes to proof the yeast.

Step 2: Put yeast mix in a large bowl. Add 1 cup flour oil and salt. Stir with a spoon.

Step 3: Continue to add flour and the other cup of water alternately until dough is formed (approximately 3-4 more cups flour).

Step 4: Knead dough for 10 minutes. Put in a warm place, covered. Let double.

Step 5: Spray pizza pans with Pam. Spread dough. Cover with marinara sauce and Italian seasoning of your choice (basil, oregano) and cover with shredded mozzarella cheese. Top with anything you like and bake at 425 degrees until cheese is bubbly.
