1 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. Monterey jack cheese, shredded
2 cans chopped green chilies, drained
12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 T. flour
6 eggs
salsa, tomatoes, black olives, sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle cheeses and chilies in a greased 13x9-inch baking dish. In bowl, mix evaporated milk, flour and eggs. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Can be refrigerated at this point overnight, if necessary. Bake at 350 F for 50-60 minutes. Serve with salsa, sour cream, olives and tomatoes.

From MOPS friend, Beth Abel. I was skeptical at first about an egg casserole that you put sour cream and salsa on top of, but that is what makes it so tasty!
