2 small packages lime jello
3 c. boiling water
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 c. whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello into boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened. Beat in ricotta and pineapple, juice and all. Fold in whipped cream. Chill until set.
