1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
2 pieces celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can condensed chicken gumbo soup (such as Campbell's)
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp yellow mustard
hamburger buns or bread

Directions:
Directions:
I tend to be generous with the veggies, often going over the amounts in the recipe. This recipe can be doubled, tripled for a crowd.
Brown hamburger with onion. Drain. Add all other ingredients. Simmer about 15 minutes until celery is tender. May need to add more ketchup and mustard to create your taste. Serve on hamburger buns, bread or even as an open face meal.
