1 clove crushed garlic
1 medium onion, finely chopped
12 ounces fresh button mushrooms, sliced
2 T. butter
1 1/2 t/ dried dill weed
1 1/2 t. lemon juice
1/2 t. Dijon mustard
4 ounces softened cream cheese
freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

In a medium frying pan, saute garlic, onion and mushrooms in butter until all liquid is evaporated. Add lemon juice and dill. In a food processor or blender, combine the cream cheese and mustard. Add mushroom mixture and pepper and process until smooth. Chill and serve in hollowed out bread with bread rounds or with crackers.
