2 T. olive oil
1 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 one pound can stewed tomatoes
1 t. basil
1/8 t. pepper
1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
3 T. Parmesan cheese
8 ounces linguine (cooked)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the onions and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, basil and pepper. Bring to a boil and the reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the milk and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Add cooked linguine and Parmesan cheese. Toss and serve.
