2 cups of ham, finely chopped
8 ounces of cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 T. minced onion
1 t. dry mustard
1 T. minced parsley
1/8 t. Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, blend all ingredients except ham. When blended add the ham and process long enough to incorporate. Refigerate until chilled. Serve on party rye bread or rye crackers.
