26 snack size flour tortillas (6” in diameter)
Salad oil

4 oz. whipped cream cheese
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 drops red hot pepper sauce

Thinly sliced ham or turkey

Thinly sliced Swiss, American or Monterey Jack cheese

Romaine lettuce or spinach leaves

Parsley, cherry tomatoes for garnish

Quickly dip tortillas in hot oil just to soften and make pliable. Drain on paper towel and blot excess oil. Set aside. Combine whipped cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce, mixing well. Spread cream mixture on each tortilla. Arrange layers of ham, turkey, lettuce or spinach and cheese slices on each tortilla. Roll up tightly as a jelly roll. Secure each one with a toothpick. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Chill overnight. To serve, slice about one inch thick and place on serving platter. Garnish platter with parsley and cherry tomatoes.
