3/4 lbs. fillets of flounder or sole
1 cup Pepperidge Farm Stuffing (prepared)
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
1 cup milk
salt and pepper
white wime

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a double boiler. Add the flour and whisk in well. Gradually ass the milk, stirring with whisk until smooth. Add the wine and salt and pepper and cook until slightly thick. Set aside. Butter a shallow baking dish. Divide the stuffing on each fillet and fold over or roll up. Place seam side down on baking dish and cover with cream sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
