2 lbs. ground beef
2 cups fresh bread crumbs
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup ketchup
1 beaten egg
1 t. salt
1/2 t pepper
sauce* recipe follows

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly mix all the ingredients and form a loaf. Place in a shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. While baking make the following sauce:
1/2 cup ketchup
2 T. vinegar
2 T. brown sugar
dash mustard

Pour sauce over the meatloaf and bake 1/2 hour more, basting occasionally. Serve with buttered noodles.
