Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 bunch Fresh Basil (you can use dry if you have to)
2 medium garlic cloves minced (more or less)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (enough to more than cover the garlic)
2 lbs of Roma Tomatoes (more or less)
Small box of Angel Hair Pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté the garlic in olive oil. Use a large frying pan trying "not to brown" garlic. Chop tomatoes and place in pan. Add salt to taste. Stir. Cook just a couple of minutes. Place chopped basil on top of tomatoes, stir once or twice. Cover for maybe a couple of minutes. Serve immediately on top of pasta (that you have already cooked). Serve with fresh grated Parmesan AND don't forget Sour Dough bread.

I have prepared this for two or six, so I add to the ingredients if needed. Don't worry if you make too much, it is great as a left-over.

Personal Notes:
This started out as dish that I prepared only for my daughter, Allison, when she visited from California. She lives here now, but it is still a special meal that we share. Enjoy!
