1/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar (slightly more if for a coffe bread)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups flour
1/2 t. baking soda
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
3/4 cup orange juice
1 orange rind (grated)
1 cup coarsely chopped cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Sift together dry ingredients and then toss in the walnuts. Add the orange juice and rind alternately with the dry ingredients. Add cranberries. Spread in greased loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes at 350°F. Cool for 20 minutes on an wire rack.
Remove from pan.
